About this Talk
During our 30 minute session of Zumba, we will be dancing to international rhythms. Don't worry, no dance experience needed and all fitness levels are welcome.
The most important thing to do is take a breath, follow my lead, have a great time, and even if you just step side to side or Bust Your Own Moves, it's perfectly fine. Dance is so great for the soul.
